01 Introduction

03 Account Management

You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. • One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold only one active dd3333 Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings within them forfeited.

• Account Currency: All balances on dd3333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions are processed in BDT exclusively.
• Dormant Accounts: An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. dd3333 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable policy, after providing reasonable prior notice to the registered email address.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). dd3333 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which dd3333 accepts no responsibility.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of deposit. dd3333 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time. • All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

05 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available balances from their dd3333 Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the Account, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

• Processing Times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

08 Prohibited Activities

12 Termination
